We incorporate regular in-service training, support, and encourage our therapists to share their experiences and skills.  Applicants must have the skillset that already includes, assessment and appropriate treatment, plus management of all conditions of the upper limb – largely elbow to fingertip.  

Professional qualities required are good time management skills, the ability to perform at a high level, be able to engage well with a diverse range of patients and have an interest in expanding the knowledge base to help develop the service in the Christchurch and Selwyn areas.
