Kevin Deng
- Graduated as a physiotherapist in 2014, at University of Otago.
- Postgraduate qualification and training in hand therapy and manual therapy.
- Gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Physiotherapy from Otago in 2019.
- Special interest in splinting, finger stiffness and shoulder issues.
Kevin initially to Ashburton from China with his family back in 2005. After 6 years of schooling in Ashburton, Kevin decided to pursue in the field of health science with University of Otago. Kevin gained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with University of Otago at end of 2014 and continued his post graduate training in sports physio and manual therapy the year after.
After a few years of work in the field of sports and general physio in Dunedin and Christchurch, Kevin decided to settle in Christchurch with his partner and join the In Touch Hand Therapy team back in 2018. Kevin continued his post graduate training in hand therapy and splinting course and gained full registration at end of 2019. Kevin is engaged and practicing in both fields of hand therapy and physiotherapy with the In Touch team.
Kevin can provide physio and hand therapy treatment in Mandarin Chinese.
